Do you have runner’s dystonia? We know this condition can be challenging, confusing, and many other things. We are offering sports psychology support! Contact us to receive four 45-minute complimentary sports psychology coaching sessions via Zoom. Athletic trainer and researcher, Karrie Hamstra-Wright, will partner with you as you strengthen and personalize your mental skills toolset.

University of Illinois Chicago - Performance, Sport and Exercise Psychology Program Marathon Mindset Coach Program (M2P)
August to November 2026
Prepare your mind as intentionally as your body. This is where runners work with mental performance coaches to develop the mindset, focus, and confidence needed for race day.
What is M2P?
M2P is a complementary virtual mental performance program from April through November for runners preparing for their best race day. The program is supervised by Dr. Coumbe-Lilley, LPC, CMPC, USA Track & Field Certified Level 1 Coach and Marathon Specialist Coach, alongside Kendra Bullard, MS, CMPC. Performance, Sport, and Exercise Psychology graduate students assist with program delivery. Attend as many sessions of this free event as you can. No signup needed.
