The Resilient Athlete Program Research Study (RAPRS) is for any adult athlete (physically active individual) with an injury preventing them from exercising, training, or competing like they’d like to.

What’s Involved:

  • Four sports psychology sessions (30-60 minutes)
  • Convenient scheduling (Zoom or in person)
  • Solution focused conversations
  • Surveys about you and your injury
