The Resilient Athlete Program Research Study (RAPRS) is for any adult athlete (physically active individual) with a physical complaint preventing them from exercising, training, or competing like they’d like to.

What’s Involved:

  • Four sports psychology sessions by Zoom (45 minutes/session for 4 weeks)
  • Convenient scheduling
  • Tailored solution focused conversations
  • Optional in-person stress measurement testing in which compensation will be provided
